Initiate Request
Log into your QMobile account, select the order from your history, and click 'Request Return' to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove personal data and pack the device in its original box with all included chargers, cables, and manuals.
Ship Your Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
